Owners Agency
Atlantis supports many owners' requirements including crew changes, Cash to Master, storing/provisioning, repairs and maintenance, crew medical/dental and liberty launches. All arrangements are monitored and reported by our central operational hub.
Offshore vessel Agency

Where the cargo interest does not have the influence to nominate their own agent under the Charter Party, there is the option to appoint their own representative to protect their own interests in the way of a Shippers or receivers agent. Our experienced team in our operational hub have a combined agency experience of over 90 years across all commodities and therefore fully understand the requirements of acting in a representative capacity protecting our client's needs at all times.

Documentation needs including Certificates of Origin, Freight invoicing, Shippers Cargo Declarations, Certificates of Weight, Quality Certificates as well as traditional shipping documents such as Notice of Readiness, Statement of Fact, Letters of Authority, Lay time Statement, Manifests, Stow plans, Bills of Lading, Mate's receipts, etc are readily available and can be designed to meet individual requirements.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
This service is particularly designed for Banks, Financial Institutions, Funds Houses, and Investors as well for ship owners who have their vessels chartered out on bareboat. The Atlantis Asset Management Services includes every aspect of monitoring the vessel conditions, the vessels performance, vessel operations in regards to safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning, planned and projected maintenance, regular condition assessment, dry docking and repair review and recommendation, budget control, certification, vetting and others in order to ensure owners and managers. Also take care of a vessel throughout her life time. Clients will be supplied with regular reports and data about the running of their asset as required by their needs and expectations at any time.
ASSET CONDITION SURVEYS
We provide external afloat inspections with limited access. Areas covered include corrosion protection, cargo systems, deck and navigational equipment, accommodation, machinery systems and maintenance, logbooks, information on trade, performance reports, loading I discharging rates, out-turn discrepancies, safety equipment, records and status related to classification and marine administrations.
PROCUREMENT SERVICES

We provides a centralized procurement system to bring together all vessels in our Fleet and with a combined purchasing volume _and power to achieve greater benefits to our clients, both in cost savings and providing a quality supply of products and services onboard.
We have established contracts with the major suppliers for various consumables such as lube oils, chemicals, gasses, paints as well as for spare parts from the original makers. This is to realize the best prices for our clients and to ensure that the supplies to vessel are only the best as required. With having contracts the supplier also provides an improved service and attention to vessel demands.
DRY DOCKING PROCUREMENT SERVICES
Atlantis Procurement Services together with Atlantis Ship Management offices can fulfill all dry docking requirements from obtaining tenders through to the selection and appointment of the shipyard. Owners are kept fully informed during the process as they require. We co-ordinate all supplies and deliveries to the yard to provide the most cost effective supply and delivery price for Owners.
SALES & PURCHASE INSPECTION
We provide assistance in connection with the sale and purchase of vessels by giving an independent view of the condition of the vessel(s). Based on the client's specific requirements, this service involves the inspection of class records to provide the status.
FULL TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Ship Management Service Solutions for Ship Owners. Atlantis Full Technical Management Services include every aspect of operating and managing a vessel safely, efficiently and effectively in accordance with owner's needs, in line with the ship's design and the requirements of insurers, flag states, classes, charterer's, ISM Code and in accordance with the highest industry standards and services. This includes every aspect of monitoring the vessel conditions, the vessel's performance, vessel operations in regards to safe and efficient cargo handling and cargo conditioning, planned and project maintenance, regular condition assessment, dry docking, deck/engine maintenance, and repair planning and supervision, budget control, certification and vetting and others in order to take care of a vessel throughout her life time. Owners will have access to reports and data of managing their asset as required by their needs and expectations at any time, whereby we emphasis on high quality and transparency. However, Full Technical Management does not include any commercial services and I or any aspect of the commercial ship operations instructions.
